These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SellerZennith website. Specific client services are also governed by the proposal, statement of work, or agreement accepted for that engagement.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website. You must have authority to submit information on behalf of any business or brand you represent.

2. Website information

Website content is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal, tax, financial, or platform-policy advice. Examples, performance figures, case studies, and educational content do not guarantee that you will achieve similar outcomes.

3. Services and project scope

Services, deliverables, fees, timing, dependencies, revisions, and payment terms will be defined in a written proposal or agreement. Unless expressly included, product units, shipping, taxes, advertising spend, photography, third-party software, marketplace fees, and other pass-through costs are separate.

4. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, lawful materials, timely feedback, and access reasonably required for the agreed scope. Clients retain responsibility for their seller account, product compliance, substantiation of claims, inventory, pricing, customer communications, and final publishing decisions.

5. Marketplace policies and prohibited requests

We do not provide incentivized reviews, review manipulation, review gating, deceptive traffic, fake engagement, or other services intended to violate Amazon policies or applicable law. We may decline, pause, or terminate work that we reasonably believe presents a policy, safety, legal, or integrity risk.

6. No guarantees

We do not guarantee reviews, rankings, indexing, sales, revenue, account status, advertising performance, or any specific marketplace outcome. Results are influenced by factors outside our control, including competition, demand, inventory, price, platform changes, account history, and client implementation.

7. Intellectual property

SellerZennith retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, methods, templates, tools, and know-how. Ownership or license rights for project-specific deliverables will be described in the applicable agreement, typically subject to full payment. You may not copy or commercially exploit website content without permission.

8. Confidentiality

Where we receive non-public business information in connection with an inquiry or engagement, we will use reasonable care to protect it and use it for the intended business purpose. More specific confidentiality terms may be included in a client agreement or nondisclosure agreement.

9. Payment, cancellation, and refunds

Project payment and cancellation terms are stated in the accepted proposal. Reserved capacity, completed work, approved expenses, and third-party costs are generally non-refundable. Any refund or credit is limited to the amount and circumstances expressly agreed in writing.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. SellerZennith will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from website use. Any service-related liability is governed by the applicable client agreement.

11. Third-party platforms

Amazon and other platforms operate independently and may change policies, features, algorithms, fees, or enforcement practices at any time. SellerZennith is not responsible for third-party services or decisions. Amazon is a trademark of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates, and SellerZennith is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon.
